Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage:

We support shipping to all destinations within the United States. We do not currently offer shipping to international destinations.

Shipping Costs:

There are no shipping costs. Desirables offers FREE shipping on all our products.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In rare cases, order processing may take longer than expected due to higher-than-normal volumes, insufficient inventory levels, or manufacturing delays. If an unexpected delay does occur, the Desirables customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the delay and provide updates on the status of your order.

Shipment Processing:

Desirables ships directly from multiple warehouses as soon as an order is processed. Shipping from our U.S. warehouses typically takes 1-3 business days while shipping from international warehouses typically takes 5-10 business days.

Shipment times may be delayed during holidays or when we experience higher-than-normal order volumes. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the rare case there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, the Desirables customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the delay and provide updates on the status of your order.

Delivery Options:

At the moment, we do not offer overnight or second-day delivery options. Our shipping services are currently limited to standard delivery times within the United States.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting our Order Status Page and entering your tracking number.

Order Cancellation:

A full refund is available for orders canceled before being processed and shipped by our warehouse. Please refer to our Replacement & Refund Policy for information about order cancellations.

Damaged Products:
