Replacement & Refund Policy

Make a purchase that’s not what you expected? Not to worry – we can help! We’re happy when you’re happy and If you’re not completely satisfied with your Desirables purchase, we will gladly help you with eligible replacements and refunds.

At Desirables, we're committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and worry-fee as possible. We understand that there may be times when a purchase may not meet your expectations or your needs might change. When that happens, we make receiving a replacement or refund simple and convenient. Please review our replacement/refund policy below.

Our Replacement/Refund Window:

We have a 30-day replacement/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund.

Order Delays:

If an order lacks tracking information, is in transit, is pending, or expired beyond 60 days from the original shipping date, Desirables will offer a refund or resend the product at Desirables’ expense. Exceptions apply to certain shipping methods and destinations.

Delivered Orders:

Desirables will not process refunds or replacements if the tracking information indicates the order was delivered. In cases where the package wasn’t received, a non-delivery certification from the local post office is required for a refund or replacement.

Damaged Products:

A full refund or replacement is provided for items that arrive damaged within 30 days of delivery. All refund or replacement requests for damaged products will need to be validated through photo or video evidence submitted to Desirables for approval prior to being issued a refund or replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Products:

A full refund or replacement will be provided for incorrect or missing items that were shipped. All refund or replacement requests for incorrect or missing products will need to be validated through photo or video evidence submitted to Desirables for approval prior to being issued a refund or replacement.

Items We Can’t Replace or Refund:

All products listed as sale items ending in $.97 or $.98 are "Final Sale" and are non-replaceable and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we also cannot issue a refund or replacement for gift cards.

Order Cancellation:

A full refund is available for orders canceled before being processed and shipped by our warehouse. However, certain orders, such as Final Sale items, cannot be canceled after payment.

How to Initiate a Replacement or Refund:

There are no Returns! There is no cost associated with requesting a refund or replacement. To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team at  support@desirables.store. Please provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the request and submit all photo or video evidence for validation. If your request is approved, you will receive a full refund or replacement for your product.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
