How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping from our U.S. warehouses typically takes 1-3 business days while shipping from international warehouses typically takes 5-10 business days. Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not offer international shipping. At this time we only support domestic shipping within the United States. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking link in the email, and it will direct you to the courier's website, where you can monitor the real-time status and location of your package. You can also track your order by visiting our Order Status Page and entering your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order after I already paid?

Once an order is placed and your payment is processed, it enters our system and is quickly fulfilled. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot guarantee cancellations. However, if you need assistance, please contact customer support as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you. A full refund is available for orders canceled before being processed and shipped by our warehouse. Please refer to our Replacement & Refund Policy for more information about order cancellations.

How do I return an item?

There are no Returns! There is no cost associated with requesting a refund or replacement. To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team at  support@desirables.store. Please provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the request and submit all photo or video evidence for validation.
